We built the Banner 3D app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by Basstara Digital and is intended for use as is.

Banner 3D is a privacy-first design utility. We want to be highly transparent about our privacy commitments:

• Local Image Processing: All images, photos, and graphic assets you import into the app are processed strictly locally on your device's hardware. We never upload, store, harvest, or transmit your photos to our external servers.
• Personally Identifiable Information: We do not require you to create an account or provide personally identifiable information (such as your full name, email, or phone number) to use our 3D rendering features.

2. Third-Party Services & Ecosystem

To support the app's free operations, this app utilizes third-party services that are subject to the rules of the respective app store platforms. These third-party services may automatically collect anonymous device information (such as Advertising IDs, IP addresses, and device models). The third-party ecosystem we use includes:

• Advertising Services: Used to display fair advertisements to free-tier users. Ad networks may use non-personal data to serve relevant ads.
• In-App Purchases (Billing System): For users upgrading to Premium, all transaction cycles are handled 100% by the official billing system of the respective app store. We do not have access to, process, or store your credit card or sensitive banking details.

3. Log Data (Crash Reports)

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error (crash) in the app, the app store system may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, and the time and date of your use.
