1.1. Offline Processing: This App is designed to operate independently on the User's hardware. All forms of digital signal processing (DSP), audio rendering, and frequency manipulation are executed locally (on-device).
1.2. Non-Personal Data: Information that cannot independently be used to specifically identify an individual, such as device specifications, operating systems, and anonymous advertising identifiers.
We implement the principle of data minimization. We do not collect Personally Identifiable Information (such as name, email, or contacts) as the App does not require account registration.

The App offers premium features through In-App Purchases. Payment processing is securely handled by the official Billing Infrastructure of the platform from which you downloaded this App (e.g., Google Play, Xiaomi GetApps, Samsung Galaxy Store, or other official partners). We do not collect, transmit, or store your credit card or financial data on our servers. Subscription verification is processed locally on-device via official platform tokens to ensure uninterrupted offline access to premium tools.
3.1. Ad Serving & Analytics: The App is ad-supported, facilitated by Google AdMob. AdMob utilizes the Advertising ID to serve relevant advertisements in accordance with global safety guidelines. We recommend Users review the Google Privacy Policy regarding data management.
3.2. Billing Infrastructure: The App utilizes the official billing APIs provided by the respective distribution platforms. Data processing related to your financial transactions is subject to the Privacy Policy of the specific app store you use.

Due to the absence of audio data transmission to the internet, the risk of interception (Man-in-the-Middle attacks) against your audio artwork has been mitigated since the software architecture phase (Privacy by Design).
This App is categorized as a professional utility tool and does not target or knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If there is an indication of data collection without verifiable parental consent, such data will be immediately purged from our third-party logs.
PT Basstara Digital Indonesia reserves the prerogative to update, modify, or amend this Privacy Policy at any time without individual notice, to adapt to the dynamics of global technology laws. The revised policy will become effective immediately upon publication on our official repository.
